Lecturer found dead after declared missing

The almost decayed body of Okojie, a lecturer with the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Auchi Polytechnic, was found on his plot of land at Igbira Camp, along Igarra/Auchi Road.

The deceased who happens to be a lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic in Auchi has been found dead four days after news went round of him being missing.

The decaying body of Okojie was spotted on his plot of land at Igbira Camp, along Igarra/Auchi.

It was reported that the late Okojie committed suicide.

Family members expressed shocked at his death, being knowledgeable that he did not leave any suicide note.

Reports from relations show that Okojie had made two unsuccessful attempts at killing himself, before his eventual suicide.

He left behind a wife and three children.
